How to make strawberry puree
This is a perfect way to get some fruit into your little ones. I would mix up a batch of the strawberry puree and they can use it as they wish.

Start with ripe, sweet strawberries. Use either a food processor, blender, or Nutri Bullet to make a puree. Fill the canister with fresh berries. If they are sweet and juicy already, just puree. Or, add a little sugar or sugar substitute to taste. If the berries are not very juicy, you can add a bit of water or even orange juice to help them blend up.

You can make a bit batch of the puree and store in the refrigerator. It is also good as a topping for yogurt or ice cream. I have even used it on my chocolate pancakes. Yum!
