Q: What is the shelf life of your product?

A: Our almond toffee has a shelf life of 2-3 months, stored unopened at room temperature. Our toffee popcorn has a shelf life of 5-6 months, stored unopened at room temperature.

A: Sadly, no. We can ship to any location in the US and Canada. Shipping to Canada via FedEx International Ground requires a minimum charge of $45. Please also be advised that we cannot guarantee any Canadian shipments. It’s rare that our customers experience any issues, but we simply cannot control whether a package gets stuck in customs or melts while in transit. Please call us at 888-646-1775 for a shipping quote or to place an order for carriage to Canada.

Q: What is Cold Pack Season

A: When the temperatures in Nashville consistently reach the low to mid 80s, it is necessary for us to pack all almond toffee shipments with an ice pack and insulating liner. This prevents the chocolate on our almond toffee products from melting while in transit to you.

For shipments with transit times of 3+ days, we are only able to offer express shipping options. Some orders may need to be held for shipment until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit time.

Typically, cold pack season will end around October, but it is completely weather-dependent.

Q: Where is my order/How do I track a package?

A: Shortly after you place your order via our website or by phone, you should receive an email with tracking information. Most orders placed by 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day, weather permitting. During warmer times of year, we typically hold orders received Wednesday – Friday to ship out on the following Monday. You really don’t want your sweet delicacies spending the weekend in a warm truck or shipping terminal. Neither do we.

A: Our mission since day one has been to produce the finest toffees and candies available anywhere. That’s why we insist on using only the finest chocolates, purest butter and highest-grade sea salt, along with premium select roasted almonds and cashews.

We produce each of our gourmet specialties in small batches. Every order is weighed, packed and wrapped by hand. Once you’ve experienced these products for yourself, you’ll understand why we have such loyal repeat customers. Besides, our grandmothers would have wanted it this way.
