I have made this many times, just the way the recipe is written with the exception that I use ground chicken breast to make it a little leaner. I serve it over rice. I think that it is delicious!

Awesome recipe. Incredibly simple and very flavorful. I tripled the basil ratio as I looooooooove basil and that made this even more fragrant and delish !!!

I love this dish my only recommendation is to season to your own taste. I added some salt, pepper and a mixed Montreal chicken seasoning from McCormick. I also used brown sugar instead of white sugar, it came out amazing. I used chilies from the can. I added Thai sweet chili sauce to the meat after in browned. The sauce definitely made the meal twice as delectable ☺️

Tastes amazing! Perfect amount of ingredients for two, had enough for leftovers the next afternoon. Guests loved the taste of the sauce. I love ginger, so I replaced the red onion for ginger.

I make this a lot. Make double so you have an easy stir fry reheat the next day.

Have to make a double batch whenever I make this because my husband loved it! Definitely double the sauce.

One of my favorites now! Adore this. Ordered it in a restaurant recently and this version is so good, so close to it!

Love it! It’s a keeper. Only change is I like to brown chicken before veggies. I add sweet peppers.

We used ground turkey meat (because we had it on hand). But it came out dry the flavor was good though so we’ll try again

Amazing recipe! Switched up the chicken for shrimp and it was just the right amount of sweet and spicy complimented by coconut jasmine rice

I love how quickly this dish came together. Adding the chicken stock made a big difference flavor wise. I substituted shallots for red onion. and i didn't have thai chiles, so i used red pepper flakes (would add more next time to turn up the heat, but didn't feel like it compromised the dish). I also subbed oyster sauce for fish sauce and chose brown sugar since the recipe didn't specify. I added green onions and served with snow peas.

Tasted good but didn’t have a Thai flavor to it. Would recommend adding green onions and more of a spicy kick

Very good. I added a bunch of vegs (asparagus, bean sprouts, carrots) and served it over rice. It great for week night meal.

Very good! Added a red bell pepper. Used 1 Serrano pepper in place of the Thai pepper

It's always delicious. I put the pepper seeds in it and it gives it a tangy flavor. Must try.

My hubby is obsessed I accidentally made it super spicy and was coughing like crazy because of the chili’s I used crushed because my store didn’t have any. Also I used dried basil leafs my store apparently didn’t have anything but my husband says it’s his favorite

So much flavor it’s delicious! We will be making this regularly. We had to double it to feed 4 people.

Skipped the chillies all together and used ground turkey instead of chicken. Added garlic and ginger as well. Also think adding some basil to the oil at the beginning helps bring out its flavor. As others have said, tastes heavenly paired with white rice! We've already cooked this three times. Fantastic. Thank you!
