This really caught my attention. As everything seemed fine leaving, and there in lies the problem.- – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – -Not only was I never told of what had happened. I was never shown the back either. I was allowed to pay ($45) and tip ($10)… without ever knowing. That is the part that I find most disappointing. I understand mistakes happen. My 12yo son got a disastrous haircut at another place locally the night before a special event. We called around at 6:30pm to see if anyone was willing to fix it before close at 7pm, and Shelby graciously squeezed him in. She was so kind and considerate, and knowing that he was very upset about his hair, she took time to explain what she was doing and ask for his input. She was able to significantly improve the outcome such that he walked out with a smile on his face. She wouldn’t even accept payment for the “fix”. Shelby earned our gratitude and future patronage.
