It’s like a slap-in-the-face reminder from food saying “HEY! I’m always better fresh.”

It’s truer for some foods than others, but peanut butter is one of those examples that you can really notice.

Freshly ground peanut butter is one of my favorite treats to snack on, and I think white chocolate peanut butter is the best possible variation.

Dark chocolate? Nope, leave that to the hazelnut spread. Peanut butter wants to be friends with white chocolate.

And if you make Caramelized White Chocolate for the peanut butter, then it’s even better.

How to Make White Chocolate Peanut Butter:

To make it, start by placing two cups of salted, roasted peanuts into a blender.

Does this actually get thick and creamy like store bought peanut butter (I love Jif brand)?

Freshly ground peanut butter always has a different texture than store bought in a jar. It’s thick and creamy, but not as pulverized as storebought.
