@BlinkNetwork @SCE Yes the rightmost charging station is blank and never responds when you touch it. Was blank and unresponsive a month ago, not accessible in the app. It would time out.

@SCE Too late. I already spent TWO HOURS on hold yesterday. During the call, which was finally answered, I learned that you have a special phone number for solar customers, but YOU DON'T HAVE THAT NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE! Do you get a thrill out of frustrating your customers?

@SCE i was on hold for an hour and a half trying to connect a new service. a rep answers, takes my info and then puts me back in the que on hold, so far i’ve been waiting another 30 minutes. this is crazy

@SCE your phone system is a joke. Been on hold for 6 hours. Got ahold of someone. Had to be transferred then was put on hold again and after 2 more hours. It hung up on. Now on the phone again on hold for another hour. Fix this bullsh*t.

@SCE How does my homeowner's association (HOA) find out about upgrading the electrical into the building so individual owners can have enough power to use a charging station? I heard there is a rebate or incentive for HOAs to upgrade their electrical service to the building.

@SCE Just received an automated phone call from #SCE that there was an outage at my address. Electricity is still on. Strange.

@SCE probably the worst customer service. On hold for an hour then disconnected. Can’t login online to account. Can’t access any HUMAN BEING. Terrible automated service. Seriously. What is this? 1999? Get it together.
